This agency always making excuses on not doing their job . They never have back up nurses since both my boys started with this agency . The care experience manager Tammie constantly letting me know last minute about schedule changes and the director Tiffany just takes up for it . The nurses can constantly call out and they just make excuses every time . The whole agency unprofessional . 0/10 I do not recommend

Want to start by saying that finding this office has been the best decision in our family’s lives. Such a lifesaver. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful and always there when you need them. The nurses truly care for their patients as if it were their own family. Felt so warming and compassionate right as you walk through the door. Whixh I might add, the location is so well maintained and feels like home. I would and will always recommend this wonderful team to everyone that needs the helping hand 🙌 hats off to all of you!

The ONLY reason I’m giving a 3 star review because out of 4 nurses i had one AMAZING nurse that I’d trust with my entire life. Aside of her Aveanna has horrible communication skills non-reliable, and they’ll lie to work things in their favor. My infant had 4 different nurses in 7 months. We had nurses that wasn’t previously trained on certain things before they sent them out. Our very first nurse literally did nothing with my baby but let him lay in the bed for 10 hrs he would spit up on himself she wouldn’t change him until she knew one of the parents was getting off soon, she would turn the camera so we couldn’t monitor what she was and was not doing, she would not give him his medication and after complaining to the office they tried to send her back out as his nurse… the next nurse did a good job even tho she didn’t have a formal introduction and she was left to figure it out once she arrived. The 3rd nurse probably was the best thing the company has going for themselves..once we got adjusted they sent out a trainee that they didn’t make aware to us until AFTER they decided to send her ( they had atleast 3 trainees to come into our home without our consent or us being there) well this girl fail to feed our child would leave him on the sofa and walk off, was constantly late would go down stairs and outside to talk on the phone and just leave our child on the floor without monitoring him. With that being said they tried to take our current nurse at the time away and put the trainee as his permanent nurse by lying until i realized they were lying and stood firm on we no longer want assistance if they took our current nurse away then all of a sudden they figure out a way for her to stay. Well now were currently dealing with with they took our nurse and put someone straight out of training on our case, they sent her out for a meet and greet with no introduction, she came alone, she had no record on our child she’s attending to, she hasn’t had training on the device they use, they gave us one day that she could start so we adjusted our schedule to fit that now they’re changing the day and we now have to fix our work schedule AGAIN because they can’t hold up on their word. They freely send people and be in and out of your home without making you aware of what’s going on. If we didn’t have a door camera we wouldn’t be aware of the traffic that’s in and out when we aren’t there. We would never know who comes in contact with our child if it wasn’t for cameras.
