My mom needed to go into a rehab for a few weeks at Pruitt Healthcare of Conway Medical Center. She was there for over 4 hours not one of the staff members offered her a beverage. Her tiny hole of a bathroom had another patients feces on the toilet, wall and whatever trash was up against the door. They had a seat on top of the toilet with bars to help them get up and down but that seat was only half the size of the toilet. My mom lifted it bc she didn't want to use it and found more feces. By the time I went there to pick her up they had passed out dinner trays and never offered her one. It was around 7pm when I got there and she had lunch at the hospital before she left at 1pm. This is not ok. Between how dirty it is, the way they treat the patients and the fact they couldn't get my mom a drink but were all sitting just talking to one another. PEOPLE NEED TO STOP GETTING IN THE HEALTHCARE FIELD IF THEY ARE NOT GOING TO BE RESPECTFUL AND POLITE TO THEIR PATIENTS. IM BEYOND DISGUSTED AND THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!

My name is Shannon Ambler my therapist name is Sheniqua Smith. I just want to drop a note that I am very pleased with my Physical Therapist. I started therapy because of a very bad back fracture that left me severely impaired. To wake up one day and not be able to walk or even stand up straight was extremely painful and depressing. To being in the hospital 4 weeks not knowing if I will ever walk again. To now being able to walk confidently on the walker and getting news from my therapist that I could be ready to walk on a cane. I am so grateful 😇. Thank you Pruitt for hiring competent, confident individuals who come out and help patients in dire situations. I'm not perfect. But I'm not where I was. Thank you again! I'm glad I chose Pruitt.

Don't waste your time trying to call. Nobody will answer their phone and if you say operator the automated service hangs up on you. Typical Pruitt. Edit: Thank you to Ms.Tammy (A supervisor of Human Resources) for being the only person to answer their phone and provide any real assistance. She deserves a raise and a promotion. Fire everyone else.

Level of care has greatly improved over the year. New faces on staff. Our family is engaged with the care of our loved one in long term care. We visit often and attend doctor appointments. Our experience with staff is they are professional, available to hear concerns and responsive to e-mail communication.

My grandmother was placed at Jasper Pruitt Health for one night. The morning after her arrival I came to see/get her. When I helped her to the bathroom, her backside was sopping wet. We went to change Depends, but could not find any in the room. I requested some be brought. As I went to change her, I was shocked to find she had been wearing the same Depends my mom had put on her from home! The nurses kept apologizing... How could the staff let my grandma lay in her waste for that long? 23 hours!! The facility was not understaffed, there were employees all over! Laziness. I felt extremely sad for the rest of the residents.. Knowing they were probably laying in their own waste too. My grandma is not a fighter and would comply if they had said something like, "Lets get ready for bed and get your nighties/dry Depends on."
