Enhabit is the best I had a wonderful experience with this company, from beginning to end, I had Meghan, Kevin, Josh, and Mr David, these are amazing professional people who got my strength back and made it possible to walk again, thank you all soo much and if I forgot someone else please forgive me, again Thank you all for giving me my independence back, I highly recommend this facilty for physical therapy.

This company took the contract order from Medicare to provide medical services for my father. When speaking with their Administration staff; we were informed that they didn’t have & couldn’t provide a Medical Nurse Aid that was stated in the order & we would have to pay that to be completed privately since they didn’t have one on staff at this time. In less than two months of care; only one staff member was consistent in properly treating him. The rest of the staff were in noncompliance of my father’s medical requirements. The administrative staff continued to call and stated that my father was the one being complained about without giving specific information on the situation to correct it. The administration staff continued to state it wasn’t their nurses job to clean & treat my father even though one of his wounds was on his back near his butt. I showed the staff where we had attempted to hire someone privately to take of his needs in place of their staff’s refusal to provide the medical care that was put in the doctors order. Now today on late Friday afternoon, the Administration contacted me to say they were discharging my father from further medical services from their company after I had complained that one of their staff members had injured my father during one of their visits. When I said my father has to have his Wound care treatment twice a week, if not he will get infection again. Basically, I was informed that “you will have to figure it out because we are still discharging him from our services”! So, this company has left my father without any medical services until I can attempt to make other arrangements which will cause my father infections to come back into his legs because of it!!! VERY POOR communication skills and service from this company’s staff!!
