Been out of the hospital for weeks. Getting nothing from them. One visit when I first got out then automated calls. Then finally a couple weeks later another nurse showed up only after I had to contact the va to let them know nothing was happening. Now going on 2 weeks again with no one visiting and just robo calls. When I reply that I am having issues I get a call back that says a nurse will call me and no one does. I'm also suppose to get physical therapy and occupational therapy. I've heard nothing from them about this. Just in the weeks I have been out of the hospital I've had someone come to check my blood pressure twice. That's it. When my wife needed them they were there all the time they were supposed to be. Now? I cant even get a call back from a real person... Got a message to call tondiscuss. Transferred multiple times the got a voice mail. They cant be bothered with patients. Recurring theme here with multiple reviews. They dont contact anyone even though they are contracted to do so. Do they still get paid even though they dont do the job? I finally got a call and visit from occupational therapy. Been approved so long they will have to get another approval to continue the full visits. What are they doing here? What a waste!

They are horrible! Almost a week and no visit. They just play phone tag. I’m calling the higher ranked companies.

Made sure the last days of my mothers life were literal torture. Avoid like the plague.

The first surgery I was discharged for they never followed up or even called. 6 weeks later second surgery they call to tell me someone’s coming the next day — not even home yet. They call me a week later and do the same thing-drawling and rude this time, I’d been home for two days, I’m not ready, so set up an appointment to come out another day. They tell me they’ll call the night before to tell Me what time they’ll be out…. Um…. I have a million appts for starters but ok let me move them all. I get no call no one shows up I never hear from them ever again regardless my multiple messages. Watch your insurance with this one and report fraud for anytime they charge you or your insurance without rendering a service. A single phone call is not service.

My wife had a total knee replacement. We met 5 different team members over the course of her home treatment. The treatment consisted of physical therapy and some nursing services. I was impressed with everyone that worked with her. All the physical therapists where well trained and their advice was top rate. I highly recommend this company for any healthcare related services.
