I had such a great experience with Quality One Home Health Care. Everyone I interacted with was kind, patient, and genuinely caring. They took the time to listen, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. You can really tell they care about the people they serve, not just doing a job. I felt supported and at ease knowing my loved one was in good hands. I would absolutely recommend Quality One Home Health Care to anyone looking for dependable and compassionate care.

This place is one of the biggest jokes in the healthcare field, this lady named "Dee" who claims to be the owner, then said she's the office manager and doesn't have a boss. I'm a paralyzed veteran and I've been paralyzed for 36 years and been using and needing these supplies daily to live without risk of making my health worse and I've been trying to get my ostomy and urological supplies which the home health agency is supposed to supply, you can even find this information on Google that you're home health company that comes to see you is supposed to supply these supplies instead "Dee" has been given me a hard time about getting any supplies at all, from the beginning "Dee" complained about a buying absorbent pads for me as a patient because she had to pay out of her own pocket, now I'm asking her who her boss is and she is refusing to give it to me, that's another reason I know she's being cheap and not correctly doing what she is supposed to be doing for a patient under their care. She couldn't even tell me the name of the Doctor she spoke to who she claims said they aren't reasonable for my supplies, well we know that's a lie, whoever owns this company your office manager "Dee" is not doing a good job of running it AT ALL! Every other home health agency that I've been with for the last 2 years have always taken care of my ostomy and urological supplies now this agency is refusing to do their job by helping the patient (me) with my daily necessities that I need in order to live and survive with risk of my health getting worse. I will continue to file complaints up to the highest level. I URGE anyone who is thinking about going with this agency to RUN fast because this place is not it plus you will have a problem getting a nurse to come see you when they need to. I've never seen an office manager give so much resistance to helping a patient, if I go left, she goes right, if I say up she said down. Worse customer service skills I've ever witnessed by an officer manager, I patient could possibly DIE being under Quality One and"Dee's" care. I strongly suggest that no one use this company because they are not the place to go with. I hope the real owner see's this review since "Dee" claims to be the owner, I've never seen a owner act like her, so argumentive and resistant. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNTIL THEY CAN HONOR WHY THEIR SUPPOSED TO

The transition with my father was very hard. I was recommended by a friend and I’ve been so happy. Between the wonderful nurses that’s helped me with his medications and helping me fight with his insurance I couldn’t be any happier. When your love ones start declining and you need the extra support them Quality One. I was to say a sincere thank you to our lovely nurse (you know who you are) and the wonderful management.
