My child had Aveanna for about 5 years, the last year we had it was AWFUL! I’d call and NO ONE would answer. Issues every month for something or other and trying to get my child’s necessary monthly supply. When I finally spoke to someone at Aveanna they told me they bought another company and were short staffed being too busy with this merger. It wasn’t until we switched supply companies that I realized Aveanna was over charging us for Years! Then they demanded to have their feeding pumps back when we had paid for them! Do yourself a favor and find someone else. It was awful working with them the last 1-2 years. Customer service and quality is gone
