I want to give a big shout out to CHSGa for thier Professionalism, Accessibility, Honesty, and thier incredibly high Quality of Service they give. Ashley Burkett, was my nurse who was always caring and loving and so compassionate you could talk to her and ask her anything and she would explain it so you could understand it completely she was so much more then a visiting nurse to me she was like family and I appreciate all she help me with and love her dearly! 💖 Dana was my Therapist she was so kind and caring and very gentle in her work she was very professional in everything we did and showed me how to build strength up and little steps I did. But she's a awesome Therapist and she will be missed by me very much she will always be family to and love her! 💖 Raquel was the first one I met she came to explain about CHSGa and what it was about and what they would be doing. Raquel is truly a sweetheart and very professional with her job and if you need a question answered she can explain it so it more understandable then a Dr. office can do. I got to see Raquel and talk to her twice but she was so pleasant and I truly enjoyed my time with her she's family to love her!💖 They are have a very special place in my ❤️! I would highly recommend CHSGa to anyone in need of Home Health Care they are Compassionate, Caring, Loving, and so Understanding and have a Awesome Staff! Wonderful nurses and physical therapist. I want to especially pick out. Heather Baker. Even after I did not need Visiting’s nurse services, she called me several times checking on me. But all the nurses was friendly and nice. I will always use CHSGa home healthcare and recommend them to everyone.

We so appreciate the compassionate, effective, and exceptional health care provided to both our parents through CHSGa. Although our Mom and Dad have had differing illnesses, we always get the same thorough and consistent care. Allowing others to come in one's home, especially with elder patients like my parents, is often a challenge. With this provider, they always felt seen, heard, and comfortable with the staff coming to care for them. In addition, being in a smaller town, these people become like family. We enjoy seeing them in the community and watch them continue to serve above and beyond in so many ways. This company also does a great job of helping caregivers navigate insurance and billing questions, assisting with correct ways to address concerns and various treatment plans. We can't ever say thank you enough for all you've done.

The nurses and therapists provided personalized care that made a real difference in my recovery following orthopedic surgery. They were always punctual, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable. Communication was clear and consistent, and with a nurse on-call 24/7, there was always someone to answer questions or provide care if needed.
