Unrelated to the clinic, but do teach your employees to be better. An employee driving a government vehicle with your clinic’s logo on was on her phone and riding two lanes in Tumon

UPDATE: Actual HELL on earth! I am a patient at GBHWC. I have been for a few years now. A couple doctors and a couple counselors are really nice but GBHWC IS NOT PATIENT FRIENDLY. I call my caseworker, she doesn’t answer. I call again, I get routed to another person and they get mad at me, while telling be I called the wrong and tell me to call this "Air Quotes" number but guess what? It’s the number I just called WHAT?! I call again. I get routed to the same person that was getting mad and they’re like "Ughhh, fine I’ll take a message" What even is that?! It just causes me more anxiety and depression. It is sooo hard to get ahold of the person(s) that you need to, so just beware. PS Don’t give up! You can do this 👍 I believe in you

Brought a family member and got checked in over a month ago and did their assessment. They said someone will call in a week to schedule after. We dealt with a hard moment a few weeks ago and told myself to follow up in person. Walked in and they said they don’t know why the person who was supposed to call me didn’t. They said they would send a follow up email. It’s been almost two weeks and I haven’t received a phone call or email. Been given this number to reach but I can’t seem to get in contact with person still. When you call 988, they talk to you and then recommend you to reach our local providers.. but going through this reaching out part just sounds more like a joke at this point.

Identity of the actual search can be remarkable and very understanding to most. Unlike myself I find the research of mental health awareness is all about what I'm able to come in contact with or experience the scientific description.

They are trying to help. For me personally it's not a first time when I'm looking for help so I had bad experience before. GBHWC seem not too bad. For sure I wanna talk more with doctors or even my counselor but it seem they have a lot of patients so maybe it's impossible. Anyways, meds works and staff is nice. Would definitely recommend.
