FYI fake 5 star reviews. Gary Wong is the regional director and his 5 star reviews is a clear conflict of interest. I would not trust the 5 star reviews at Bayada. They have a SLP who was in our home for not more than 5 minutes multiple times and we were billed for services he did render. Johnna and Gracie were made aware and did nothing. Another OT assistant comes in and just moves my dad's arms around and leaves after 15 mins. What kind of therapist does this company hire? Better yet, what kind of management? You bring up concerns only to be gaslit and dismissed. I would consider another company, Bayada is very unethical and incompetence.

Signed up with Bayada to get a caregiver for my daughter who was 17 years old at the time. Did all the paperworks and then NOTHING. The only time I ever heard from them was to do paperwork. Every year, the same paperwork and nothing. I asked why am I doing the paperwork every year and no caregiver yet. Their response is they are still in search for a caregiver for my daughter and they need paperwork updated. 🙄 No caregiver for like years. I was told couple times they found someone that could work the hours we agreed on but never happened. NO SHOW and no one from office calls to let me know what happened. My daughter is now 19 years old and finally they found someone. She works great with my daughter. It kinda started out rough because she just started working with my daughter and for the less days she been caregiving, shes been on medical leave and vacations. Then it we all finally got adjusted and comfortable with scheduling and other stuffs. Things were steady. I ended up having heart surgery and caregiver became very very helpful. I am grateful to have her. Then she had to be on medical leave for awhile. Understanding, i wish her the best and hoping she will work with us again. Bayada had a temp replacement that worked less days than the caregiver we had. There were 3. 1st replacemnt worker, no showed, never saw her ever, the 2nd came only first day and never showed the other days i was told she was scheduled, and then 3rd worker she seem nice but her job performance was horrible and I dont feel comfortable with her in my home. I called the supervisor and informed that she was not a fit for us. They still sent her anyways, but Im desperate because im still recovering from heart surgery so I need the whatever help I can get to taking care my special needs adult. I am not imformed when the caregiver is scheduled. I call, text and no replies back. Honestly, I would NOT recommend Bayada to anyone who needs Homecare services. Very unorganized, under staffed, no communication. Very rare good caregivers that perform their duties. I am sooooo disappointed with this company. I am still with Bayada in hopes of the return of the very first caregiver my daughter had.

Everyone except for the team leader has shown genuine care and compassion in taking care of my elderly family members. The leader appears to be a rookie with little experience on how to talk to seniors and he shows little patience when a client is having a rough day. He also tried to blame someone else for the miscommunication for the scheduled time frame of our sessions. It's unprofessional. If he's working as a representative of the company and wearing their uniforms he could have taken accountability.
