Health care struggles rising costs, workforce shortages and burnout, and cybersecurity threats. Kaiser permanente mapunapuna Compliance: Providers are required to comply with federal, state, and local regulations, which include policies on medical record-keeping and patient confidentiality. Nurses and cashiers like to talk shit about patients as there leaving the hospital. Shame on you just because your a health care worker. I do not remember this location, there are other Kaiser permanente locations Kailua, Moanalua, Waipio, Pensacola.

I was told I needed to test negative for THC before being seen by GI, even though I use cannabis to manage chronic pain and nausea. I stopped using completely and abstained for over 11 weeks, which caused significant distress and worsened my symptoms. My initial drug test came back positive (later believed to be caused by an ER-administered NSAID I was injected with without consent, also through kaiser, despite my ulcer history). A more accurate lab test later confirmed I was completely clean. Despite this, the soonest appointment I was offered was 19 days out. I did everything right, I followed every painful instruction, I was honest, I self-advocated calmly, and I was still punished with unnecessary delays and suffering. This is not trauma-informed care. This is gatekeeping, gaslighting, and negligence. *edited to add I have submitted a formal complain to the email provided in other negatative reviews.

Today I had physical therapy with Marissa. After a year of a car accident, I finally came back to strengthen my lower core. I thought the pain would go away naturally. I was wrong. She is so patient, knowledgeable and such a joy .. thank you Marissa!
