I was refused service today over the phone because the nurse that came out on Wednesday now refuses to drive her vehicle back down the main dirt road that’s a 1/4 mile long in my TINY subdivision. Her complaints; she had to negotiate past two junk cars on the two car wide road AND there was a fricken puddle which she didn’t know what was at the bottom and somehow her tire or wheel had a problem?? What a joke to be servicing the east side of the Big Island and not be prepared to go down some dirt roads, yes with potholes..so you go slow and yes we also have puddles that EVERYONE ELSE seems able to negotiate in their vehicles. Oh you’re wondering what she was driving...a newer model SUV. I won’t name her personally because I didn’t sense any bad vibes...but who knows, maybe she didn’t like my road or maybe it was me.
