Family member had this agency to do wound care . Ankle ulcer present x 1 year and was told it was chronic and would never heal. Turns out it was infected with MRSA and this agency never consulted with specialist or cultured the wound. After 5 months with another agency it healed completely from stage 3 . Also initial nurse here told us that the COVID vaccine contained King Cobra venom and advised not to get it. I get that people have various opinions but they should have kept their opinion to themselves. She should not have advised against following doctor orders.

I've been dealing with a diabetic wound for a long time, The nurses with North Idaho Home Health would come out two or three days a week and change the dressing, They were all very pleasant and professional. My treatment has changed but I did appreciate the work they did with me. Thank you,

After my elderly father had major surgery at Seattle Harborview Hospital he was offered rehab services with North Idaho Home Health. Physical Therapist, Sara N., set up in-home personalized one-on-one sessions during his recovery. She helped him gain his independence back, and he actually enjoyed and looked forward to his bi-weekly appointments. Sarah also discovered an underlying health issue we were NOT aware of and it is now under control with new medications. Sarah is an exceptional caregiver, very professional and her companion care and physical therapy was greatly appreciated!

I've used North Idaho Home Health on two occasions after a shoulder replacement. I'm handicapped and when my insurance company refused to send me to a a facility till i was able to take care of myself, I was referred to North Idaho Home Health. With their assistance from Ocupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, bathing, and a nurse I made not only a full recovery but we'll ahead of schedule. If you need kind and caring people to help gIve you the guidance and assistance added with your own hard work ,they will help to put you on the road to recovery.

I am very upset with this agency. They have a major delay in services, and they bully patients to choose them. My mom chose a different home health company over north Idaho because she did not like how long it took them to come out to see her. They called after the other agency started her and told her that since she was on service with them, she had to stay with them. They told her she was doing something illegal to switch to another agency. This greatly upset my 93 year old mother and I had to reassure her she was not doing anything wrong. That it’s always patients choice and we can fire an agency at anytime. I will never use North Idaho home health. Definitely pressure these sweet seniors and lie about how home health works.
