OT came in home to help with my mother that was just released from the hospital. The lady that came in asked all the questions like who lives here what do you want to work on etc etc... The woman that was sent not only had a major attitude against my mother but was very judgemental about the living conditions. We live in a small space not by choice but by affordability however, the house is clean and free of clutter. We live here and it is not the OT persons job to come in and lecture my mother about having kids stay over night. I work in the health field as well and it takes heart, compassion, and understanding to be a great at what you do. Attitudes, inconsiderate, and rude is not how to treat the elderly. This generation are already vulnerable enough and does not deserve that kind of treatment. I will make sure that this company will never step foot in my house again.

My mother was truly blessed to have All Care Health Solutions provide her hospice services. Everyone at All Care was extremely kind, caring and communicative. I came to trust and admire the dedicated and professional way they served Mom. Nurse Jenny was an extraordinary source of comfort to both Mom and members of our family. She interacted lovingly with Mom, kept us informed about her status, and was always quick to respond to our questions. She regards her service as a ministry and it truly shows. I reside out of state and Jenny even Facetimed me with Mom during one of her visits. She was there on the morning of Mom's passing and demonstrated respect for Mom and true concern for the entire family. Hospice Social Worker Brandy was remarkable as well. She provided us with literature to help us understand what Mom was experiencing and even made personal contacts after Mom's passing to find out if family needed support. Administrator Lance was also very responsive when we had the occasion to request information from him. I have immense gratitude for the hospice services provided by All Care and for their exceptional staff members.

I have found this hospice care facility to be very efficient, informative, caring and comforting both for the patient and for the family. Our nurse Karen is a great communicator and so appreciate her care for not just the patient, but takes care of her patients family as well, giving them Information regarding the care plan going forward. The staff at All Care is friendly and responsive. However, during a time when my mother was struggling, the hospice nurse seemed to lack a basic understanding of anatomy and illness. There was a lack of understanding about the side effects of commonly used hospice medications. Some labs were done in a way that lacked accuracy and reliability. Because of these issue, I lost confidence in what was reported to me as my mother's power of attorney. We have subsequently changed to a different hospice provider.

I want to thank all the providers especially the nurses and the therapist at All Care for all their amazing care they give everyday. This team of professionals are the best! They are kind, compassionate and always have your best interests at heart. You will not find a better group of people! High five for all of them.
