The Fruitland Branch Canyon Home Health and Hospice is truly amazing. The staff are all very friendly. The hospice team that we have coming to our facility is truly amazing. Travis the RN and Scotty LPN and Susan CNA are a great team in our facility they are all passionate and caring of the residents. I couldn’t ask for a better team… Marlys is an amazing and passionate person as well. I truly appreciate all the team at The Fruitland branch Canyon Home Health and Hospice.

The Canyon team is very caring in all aspects of care. They have an awesome home health team but make it less stressful when you need to transition to hospice services. They explain things well and are truly there for comfort and not just end of life.

I have been in PT for about 7-8 weeks for knee replacement surgery and my PT therapists have been Charles Chavez and Isom Allan. I have seen Charles usually twice a week for my sessions in my home and he has been very friendly and doing a great job getting me to where I need to be. I would recommend him to continue doing exactly what he does and help others with their recovery. My recovery has been terrific and I was very afraid to have this done, but I'm glad that I did. His advice on the things I needed to be doing during my recovery was spot on. Thank you Charles.

I can't remember her name at the moment, but I really appreciate her care, knowledge, and thoughtfulness. My physical therapist, Ellie, is great. She has a personality that made me want to do what she asked. Her knowledge was very good, I feel. All-in-all, I feel blessed for having good care from Canyon Home Health!!
