The folks at Enhabit went above and beyond in my estimation. Enhabit personnel from therapy to bathing, counseling, nursing and Chaplin services were available at almost anytime. We called hospice nurse Shawna at 1:00 a.m. she arrived at our house within 45 minutes. She stabilized the situation stayed an hour and returned at 9:00 a.m. just to check in. Throughout the day she made contact with us. Enhabit staff and management are the people you want in your corner when home health is the main thing in your world, you won't regret you decision.

My wife is suffering from major medical issues and needs home health care. It was complete and utter boon doggle to work with this company. The sheer fact that it took 3 weeks to have any type of scheduling put in place was unacceptable. Not only is my wife in extreme pain and suffering from her medical issues, Debra caused unacceptable added stress by being pushy when my wife was concerned about health insurance coverage. Another company got my wife scheduled next day with no hassle within 4hours of receiving the doctor’s referral. I would not recommend this company

What a joke of a company! They have wasted 3 weeks of my time. They will tell you what they think you want to hear to scam you into doing business with them. Some of their staff is very unprofessional on the phone. I asked for the person in charge of referrals and she picked up the phone and said hey and then just sat there, did not tell me her name, ask how she could help or what questions i had, just "hey". The Nampa office stated they don't service my area, the Fruitland office stated they don't service my area, only the Boise office services my area. My insurance covers 100% for the Fruitland office and 60% at the other offices. I was told they would just bill under the Fruitland location no matter where i was seen from (i do believe that would be fraud as they operate under different NPI numbers) The way they do business is a pig and pony show. You are not given a set schedule, they call you the night before and set a time so if you just sit at home all day to wait for them you would be fine but if you have any other appointments you are screwed. I was assured by Debra thats not the way it is done but told by PT they would call the night before everytime. Everytime i spoke with someone i was given a different answer to the same question. They call from random out of state numbers, they are very pushy and have no reguards for what time it is when they call. I was called by them initially after 6pm on a Sunday night from a Nevada number, i live in Idaho. I called several times to express my concern that things were not adding up and that i did not want a surprise bill as i can get home health coverage at 100% if they are tier 1 Preferred provider. I messaged them and told them i thought they were liars and i was done and they were still trying to push me to start care. They seem very desperate for clients. I would 1000% recommend you look elsewhere for care as i have been suffering 3 weeks dealing with them. I asked if there was a contract or some sort of paperwork stating what I would owe out of pocket and they said no. It is standard practice to know what you will owe out of pocket before you start care. St.Lukes Home Health can see me in 48 hours (not waste 3 weeks of time with 0 care) and they are very transparent with what i will owe which is NOTHING because they are tier 1 Preferred. Save yourself the headace of this place. I would love to talk to whomever is in charge of this circus because somebody needs to get a handle on this place.

If you’re ever in need of home health or hospice services, I can’t recommend Enhabit Home Health & Hospice enough. The staff is truly incredible—so dedicated, kind, and knowledgeable. Their physical, occupational, and speech therapists are some of the best around, helping people regain independence and live more comfortably every day. The social workers are amazing too! They help families navigate tough situations and connect them with the resources they need. But what really stands out is the love they have for their patients. It’s genuine. You can feel it in the way they show up, listen, and care. If you ever get the chance to experience what they do firsthand, you’ll understand why so many people speak so highly of them. They also cared for both of my parents and I wouldn’t have trusted anyone else! The compassion and excellence they showed meant everything to my family.

Enhabit has been an absolute blessing for our family! We couldn’t have asked for a more exceptional occupational therapist, physical therapist, and nurses. They are all incredibly thoughtful, kind, and respectful, and they are always accommodating to our schedule. We truly appreciate their dedication and support.
