I want to express sincere gratitude to Derrikk and his aids Carol and Rachel! They have been so wonderful and caring for my grandfather, even going out of their way to make sure that his needs were met and he was comfortable. They were always on time, patient, and we knew exactly what to expect each time because they made sure to have clear, open communication with us. Derrick has been phenomenal with my grandpa. He has bent over backwards seeing how he can help and go above and beyond with his needs. His aides Carol and Rachel have been so good to my grandpa as well. He has dementia and needed someone that came on schedule and gave him their complete attention and they did that for us! They were kind and attentive and were perfect for what we needed. We felt that my grandpa was in great hands. They were always punctual and responsive. Would definitely use them again!Thank you!

I just want to give a shout out to Derrikk, and his team at Eden. I don't usually leave reviews, but when someone has been exceptional to work with I always feel that deserves recognition. Arranging in-home care for a loved one can be stressful, so I hope this information helps another family in choosing the right caregivers to work with. Derrikk, the manager, has gone above and beyond to meet my dad's needs. He is easy to get a hold of, always responds to messages, and has bent over backwards to accommodate our family's needs. The aides we have worked with, Rachel and Carol, have been phenomenal. They have really made an effort to establish a relationship with my dad and our family. At first my dad was resistant to having help at all, but now he feels like he has a friend coming in to visit with him and help him out with the things he needs. It has been a huge burden lifted off our family to not have to worry about my dad. I would 100% recommend Eden!

I have been so pleased with my physical therapist Tyler. She is amazingly knowledgeable about my condition ( hip replacement). She is helpful, patient and encouraging. Every time she comes I am more positive and confident . I highly recommend Eden Home Health and especially Tyler. Actually my husband is getting speech therapy with Linda and we’ve been very happy with her also.

After an accident my husband was bed ridden for a time. We were so blessed to find Eden Health Care. Derrick was here immediately after the call to set us up with home health and physical therapy. He was so kind and supportive. Vance came the next day to evaluate for physical therapy. Greg came twice weekly for PT. They were both wonderful to help him. They knew just what he needed with all their experience and knowledge. Anthony and Ashley were our home helpers and were excellent. They were so kind and encouraging to him and taught me so much about caring for him. I don't know what I would have done without all of them. We could not have found better care. I will definitely use Eden again if the need arises. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of help.
