I loved horizon home health and hospice! I was fortunate enough to work with Britain my occupational therapist and Laura my physical therapist. They were excellent with me. They were kind and caring but challenged me. When their supervisor Rocky came to discharge me I'll never forget what he said to me as he left. He said now get up and fly!
