St. Luke's Home Health has been excellent in the past. However, this last time my Mom had with them was scattered in regards to scheduling, adequate follow-up from social work, and it just was not as good. My Mom's preferences for shower assistance were ignored. Social work really did not do what they said they would. Dietary guidance was demonstrated and we were told the book would be provided but it never was. The providers tried to pressure Mom to allow 3 different providers to come in one day which is tiring for someone who is ill. They did not appear to attempt to look at the patient's schedule. Please improve these areas as I elected to switch agencies for my Mom so she gets better care. The patient and what they need/prefer is what truly matters. It is not about the staff's preferences. You've been a good agency. Don't let that go!!!
