I had knee replacement 11/5/24, and Atef was my physical therapist. Atef was very professional and explained all the exercises that were assigned. Also, my admitting nurse Evelyn went over my vitals, medications, and both Evelyn and Atef explained what I should know about recovery. I would definitely recommend your company

Inter-rim health in house therapy provided me with the utmost care immediately following my surgery. They explained in great detail the upcoming steps that were to be taken for the next two weeks during their visits. They were always on time within the designated timeframe which allowed me to prep for their arrival. Vitals were taken each time as well as a surgical bandage check. My therapy exercises were given based on my ability and explained in detail as to what each one was doing for my recovery. If I had any questions they were always answered with precise detail and understandable.

Their home health therapy department was to rehab me following my total knee replacement July 2021 therapist came to my house twice told me he was going on vacation someone else would be coming to work with me three weeks and no therapist showing up and multiple calls to interim getting nothing but excuses promises someone would be out or someone would return my calls neither of which happened my surgeons office even called them they got the same promises I received no one came out it has been over a year and I am still suffering due to their inability to get a therapist to me I did the best I could but it wasn’t enough the first couple of weeks following knee replacement is when therapy is the most important to prevent scar tissue buildup a year later I am back in physical therapy because of interims lack of professionalism they are a horrible company and didn’t care about my healing but in their defense they managed to get the billing and their payment correct.
