I received home healthcare after a patella fracture - physical therapy and RN. The service was excellent and the care providers were encouraging and compassionate at a time when I felt overwhelmed with my lack of mobility. The communication and timeliness of scheduled home appointments was very good. Dr. Maki who provided PT services answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. The nursing services were all received as scheduled and the nurses were friendly. I would recommend PurposeCare as an excellent service being an RN myself. Their professionalism, compassion, and humor have made a difference in her well-being and comfort. Dr. Maki provides excellent physical therapy with a gentle and encouraging approach. He helps motivate my mom to stay active, drink more water and use her cane to prevent falls. JC’s nursing visits are equally exceptional. He is thorough, kind, and always treats her with respect and dignity. Mom enjoys their weekly visits, and the “accountability” factor helps to reinforce the routines our family encourages. Their partnership in keeping Mom safe, healthy and independent is appreciated. I cannot recommend Dr. Maki and JC highly enough!

I recommend Purpose Care of Illinois - Aurora Home Health Agency. I received excellent care from my nurse Rose Lira and the therapist. My nurse saved my life, constantly encouraged me to never give up. I was going through a lot being in and out of the hospital in the beginning and having to battle cancer. But, my nurse with her expertise and knowledge had educated myself and my children on how to stay on top in addressing my health issues. She gave me hope and glad that with my faith in Jesus, my latest test says that my cancer is healed and I am in remission.

Dr.Maki has been coming to do physical therapy with our mother for two months and her overall improvement is wonderful. Mom is 97 years young and is a blessing to us all. Dr.Maki recommended we do exercise with mom 3 times per day. And it’s paying off.
