4/22/25 My husband came to ask me a question and the PT lady wondered through my house, instead of staying where she was and minding her own business. And if it happens again she will be escorted out of my house. I have had my husband up and moving since I bought him home from the hospital, and he knows how to get around our house. Mind you my husband had a hip replacement, and I made sure to have all of our bedding washed before he came home. Including all blankets and top comfort. This PT lady is so gross and disrespectful that she put a bag that she takes in and out of other people’s homes, in and out of her car ect… in our bedroom on top of our bed. Needless to say that it has angered me due to the lack of her disrespect. I had to wash everything all over again and instead of me going back to the laundry mat to wash the comforter again, I took it outside and burnt it. Who knows what kind of crap the PT lady brought into my house and into my bedroom.

I have a picc line and they come and help me every week. They have always been helpful and kind when I call. When they come they don't rush and treat me like a human and answer any questions I have.

Would leave 0 if I could. Uncle has been home 24 hours waiting on an IV SOC. Nobody showed, luckily there is a NP in the family who could come start IV antibiotics. Hopefully he changes agency carle is a joke.

My father was dying from Parkinson's dementia and stroke damage. He had made an informed decision not to enter a hospital to spend his last days, and had been recommended to Carle Hospice by his Carle primary care provider. He suffered while we waited to hear from Carle. After a day we called them only to find out that he had been rejected without a home visit or even the courtesy of all call back. I can only assume that he hadn't entered into the hospital first and accepted $30,000 stroke protocol review first. I hold his doctor in no malice, but if you live in central Illinois and use Carle be aware its money first, not care. The city of Champaign knows they are a fake non profit hospital, that's why they have tried to collect taxes from them for years. There are other care options in Central Illinois. I suggest that you use any of them.
