Called to set up home health and asked if they had availability for care for a loved one and was told they did. Went through referral process for it to be sent to them before he was being discharged. On the same day they rescinded because they said they was full and given a story of how they had to check on things before to see if availability based on the insurance. BCBS is in network…I don’t get it

Nurses, therapists and support staff are experienced and very dedicated to patients, making sure patient needs and goals are met or exceeded. A nurse can be reached 24/7 to provide support whenever a patient may need it. Staff will also help a patient transition to a different level of care if the need arises and assist caregivers and patients with physical and emotional support in dealing with changes and finding support services in the community.
