The setup was easy from the insurance company. This company is very unprofessional. The client did not get taken care of as promised. The nurse showed up with no supplies. he told the patient she is suppose to have supplies for a wound irrigation and packing. then he no showed without a call, our patient had to call them 4 times to see if the nurse was going to still come after 6 hours of waiting. the office said he had a family emergency, but no one informed the patient. I suggest asking the insurance company for other options before using Alpha home health services.

Alpha was short of nurses and couldn't schedule a nurse for over a week. We complained by phone and eventually they sent a nurse who said my mother (93) needed physical therapy. Yet Alpha's owner (Elizabeth) informed me on the same day that my mother would not receive physical therapy because "she had already" (which was not true - she didn't have any therapy for the last month), and "she didn't improve" - which again was false: mother had had physical therapy in the nursing home until a month ago, and she responded VERY WELL, according to the NH report.
