At 82 years old my father suffered a fall and injures resulting in a T11 vertebra fracture and laminectomy. He has had a long journey of medical attention, rehab and physical therapy at home. Omar was my father’s home health nurse. He was wonderful and is always available for any questions or concerns that have come up. Omar speaks English and Spanish which made it easier for my father to ask questions in Spanish because he doesn’t speak English. His therapist Ivana was a blessing to him and our family. She is very punctual! Always has a positive attitude toward my fathers limited life style and goes above and beyond to get him going and moving. She has a natural gift to encourage people to move even when their movement is limited and difficult due to age and injuries. Thank you Aster Home Health for providing excellent clinicians to service my beloved father.

Angels work at Aster Home Health Care! My mom had been going through very severe back pain for more than a year and had numerous visits to the ER. Upon discussing with PCP, he recommended us for Aster Home Health Care. From Aster Home Health Care we got visited by the sweetest personals on earth RN Rodi, PT Patrica and PTA Elena. They were able to establish a good rapport with my mom, within weeks we got gratifying results and her pain started to get better. They have been very thorough, detail oriented and easily accessible at times when we needed to contact them. I highly recommend Aster Home Health as they have made a significant deviation in my mom's quality of health. Aster Home Health is CHAP accredited and has a 5 star rating with Medicare. Thank you for being there for my mom when we needed the most.

Staff exceptionally unprofessional. Director of nursing discharged my mom without consulting with family leaving patient at risk and compromising her health. Extremely unconcerned with patients well being. Nurse visits never diagnosed developing pressure wound only for visiting doctor ro come and have my mom immediately hospitalized for a stage 4 wound. Absolutely no wound care skills. Getting wound care supplies was extremely difficult. Mom was released from hospital with care instructions given to Aster specifying wound care regimen. Agency never complied with that order. There were times I'd receive a package containing supplies for one day only. It was a nightmare. All in all I would highly NOT recommend this agency to care for anyone you love.
