My parents are 96 and 99, and after a lifetime of living independently have had falling accidents that have resulted in the need for home health care, skilled nursing, both occupational and physical therapists and even in home xrays. Caring Professionals has been a true blessing for both my parents and my sister and I as caregivers. We have the best nursing possible from Mary, our shower helper Irena is a favorite and Lynne, Catherine and Patricia provide excellent therapy. Dilly in her administrative capacity has helped us navigate the world of home caregivers, Medicare, insurance, and stays in touch for any other assistance or resources she can add. This is a company that truly cares, we are not just clients or customers, we are a family in need and Caring Professionals has reassured us, given us a shoulder to lean on, all the while furnishing the best care possible for our parents. We have found in the past year of dealing with the home health industry that a business like this is a rarity. I could continue to heap praise upon praise, but succinctly, Caring Professionals is the best in its field and its employees reflect their mission and purpose.

This company gives an unbelievable level of service. Both my Mom and Dad have fallen and need therapy. Dilly in the front office gives the best advice and takes time to hear me out even on the bad days when I don't know which way to turn. Nurse Mary is very engaging and always has a story to tell. Irena the shower person is so gentle with both my Mom and Dad. Sometimes I think my Mom likes her more than me! Our therapists Lin and Catherine have taken real time and set goals than are achievable for my parents who are 96 and 99. I don't know what I would have done without the aid of these people. Caring Professionals is a wonderful service that has really helped with my wound care & lung issues. They are very knowledgeable & reliable. My nurse is available to help with any of my health issues. They are all very nice. They come when supossed to & if there's an emergency I can get in touch with my nurse at any time.
