As a current subscriber, we have noticed really good and really bad practices. The scheduling is sporadic, full of cancellations and rescheduling. Adocate for yourself if you plan on using them. I have found the skills to be adequate, yet unpredictable on their scheduling. The office is quite responsive, and accommodated all of our requests. Like anything, be the squeaky wheel.

My father recently underwent surgery and selected this company for his physical therapy and home health services. Unfortunately, the assigned physical therapist did not attend to his care for over a month. When we contacted the company to express our concerns, they assured us that a therapist would visit, but this never occurred. As a result, we felt dismissive and frustrated by the lack of follow-through. It is perplexing how this company remains operational, given its apparent lack of organization and professionalism.

This company is horrendous. They are unprofessional, unorganized, careless, and dangerous. The staff has no intention of providing mediocre care, let alone quality care. Don't get me wrong, some of the staff are good but the bad outweighs the good. One nurse litterally threatened to poop all over my house if I didn't make someone get out of the shower immediately so she could use my bathroom. I later found out she does this all the time and is still employed. The office was literally upset with me when I said she was no longer welcome in my home. The office staff has poor communication and organizational skills. The lab comanies they send to your home are out of network, but they will tell you they are in network. I've tried speaking to the owner to better organize my care, improve the communication and resolve the many issues I've had but he has no interest in helping. If you choose this company be prepared to be the one organizing all of your own care. You will have to constantly call them to make sure they are actually setting up your home care services. They will pacify you, saying things are getting taken care of and organized but it is an empty promise.

This place is full of crap. I am now starting an investigation with my insurance company to make sure that they haven't getting paid for visits that they have not been completing with me. I had major surgery 4/1 was set up with them 4/11 as of today I have had 4 PT appts, 2 OT appts, never got S/T or the rollator that was ordered through them 3 times. Bad services, no call backs, and a lot of blank promises. The only good thing was the PTA Foster, was great when he was allowed to schedule me. He should be working at a better facility. He is the reason they will actually receive a star.

Customer service is nonprofessional. They say they are going to return your call with answers. If no answer they just don’t respond and wait until the next day. For instance they text saying a nurse will coming no time is given you wait all day, no nurse. No call return call informing you if time from office. This has happened twice in two weeks. I have to say the therapists are great!
