I am so grateful to Choice Home Health Services. My very elderly mother was gravely sick with a multitude of problems. The wound care nurse, Sarah Choi, was organized and dedicated to Mom's care. She came up with creative and clever solutions to seemingly insurmountable wound and related problems. Sarah is also compassionate. When this daughter was exhausted and overwhelmed, paralyzed from caregiving and experiencing decision-making fatigue to the point of not even being able to make a phone call, Sarah saw this, took control, and made the call herself. I will never forget her for that and the many other caring activities she did for my Mom. Sarah is also well versed in drug interactions, and this knowledge was extremely helpful. PT Mei and OT Howard, too, never gave up on my mom. Other PTs and OTs would not come because they thought mom was a lost cause. They were wrong. Mei and Howard were smarter. PT and OT actually helped a lot. And Mom enjoyed it. In the 20 years that I took care of both my mother and father and the numerous home health agencies that were assigned to them, no other home health agency comes close to the care my mom received from Choice Home Health Services. Choice Home Health Services provides excellent care and services for my elderly friend who is 93 years old. They are quick to respond whenever I called them to request PT for my friend who cannot walk well. The physical therapist they send is very caring and patient. The RN is excellent in wound care and has taken care of my friend when she suffered an open wound on her ankle after bumping into the car door. I will be requesting their services again for PT since my friend suffered a hairline fracture in her ankle after falling 6 weeks ago. I know and trust Choice Home Health Services to provide quality care for my dear elderly friend.

Choice Home Health was contacted to take care of my mom after her hospitalization. My mom was contacted by the RN and PT right away. My mom also had a wound on her leg and the home health RN is certified in wound care! She told my mom which product to use-it not only manages the drainage but has an antibacterial built into the dressing. My mom loves the PT who is very wise and mindful of my mom's needs and gives her a good workout to help her regain what she lost while hospitalized. The RN faithfully comes and thoroughly assesses my mom making sure her care and progress are on track. They communicate everything to my mom's doctor as well. I live over 3 hours away and cannot be there so having Choice Home Health visit my mom is the next best thing. Thank you for your excellent care!
