I'm not sure how this agency received such a high ranking, our experience has not been stellar. Comfort Care was selected to provide skilled nursing for my mom. The CNA, Lenora, showed up maybe three times in the two months of authorized coverage. And in this few visits, she never recorded blood pressure, gave medication, or performed any other skilled nursing duties, but she would sit and chat. I'll also mention that none of these employees have professional telephone etiquette. They call and give keywords, no full sentences. You have to pry information out of them. I plan to switch agencies.

This is the BEST! home care agency that i have dealt with. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The nurse is very professional answered all of my questions and did an excellent job with my parents. She takes her time with my parents, she does not just take vital signs and leaves. She's very supportive just like the previous nurse my parents had from this same agency. The Physical therapist actually works my parents he does effective exercises with both of them and i can see the improvement. I've had a good experience with this agency. They go beyond the call of duty.
