Really bad experienced with this agency. Nurses not on time, no show, they don't communicate and let you know if there's going to be a nurse even tho I already let them know the schedule and they confirm they will have a nurse for me but when the time comes there's no nurse and I'm just wasting my time waiting for them. Most nurses are really unprofessional meaning that they don't know how to care for a baby. They send me a nurse that didn't had experienced with a baby for almost 17yrs. I feel like these nurses aren't really certify smh... So please really think about what agency your picking because I actually picked the wrong one..

PARENTS!!! ALERT!! SCAM! DO NOT USE THIS FIRM. They do an excellent job at making promises but fail to deliver. Extremely unprofessional, extremely lack of communication and bottomline is you cannot trust them with the life of your child.
