Unfortunately Jodie was very unprofessional. My son has state insurance I guess services have been paused due to the state funding services but the way she she brought that to my attention was like I was a bother for following up on my son's referral for a reevaluation. It is so unfortunate that people can be unprofessional and rude. Know your job, know your facts and know customer service.

We work with Jacquelyn and she is wonderful. She makes the process less intimidating and is great at listening and knowing when my daughter needs to transition and do something else. She makes it easy and is very encouraging and knowledgeable.

We used ICG for speech and occupational therapy for our son from spring/ summer of 2019 until Feb of 2021. The therapists were knowledgeable, helpful and took the time to get to know our son and our family so that they could provide personalized strategies to help him develop. We saw immense progress in our son's development during this time and are grateful for all that ICG and the therapists did to help our family.

Maria Marlega has been a wonderful addition to Victoria’s development & therapies. We started early intervention at 4 months old and my baby has come so far. Maria also has a positive bedside manner and gave me emotional support and great advice in the beginning during so much unknown. We are so thankful for all that she has taught us. Her guidance is attributed to where my almost 2 year old is today.

Tina was my sons PT throughout his whole time in EI. Could not have asked for a better therapist. She was professional and knowledgeable in her field. As my sons therapist she was one of his biggest cheerleaders and a strong advocate. She went above and beyond to obtain the best equipment and supplies my son needed to succeed.
