The worst home health center. My mother was suppose to be receiving PT 2 times a week. They have disappeared the last 4 weeks without a call. When you call their main number it goes straight to voicemail. I just found out that my mom was discharged from their care two days ago with none of us being aware nor did a PT come to visit her 2 days ago. So they are falsifying information as well. I would not recommend them not even for health care for my animal.
