I reported a theft by their care worker and no one ever called me back. I gave them 365 days to respond and the owner didn't bother to even respond. The police could not pursue it any further because they said they had no proof, but the care worker was the only one in my home for the three days before and after so it could not physically have been anyone else. The credit cards were all used within hours of her leaving my home. This agency is UNACCEPTABLE, DISMISSIVE, AND CRIMINAL.

I am writing this to tell you how much I appreciate all of your help during my many surgeries. Thankyou for such outstanding care. Also, Doctor Pua, who has taken such wonderful care of me. I rarely, at age 62, have ever experienced such wonderful care and commitment from a doctor. He actually arranged for me to have at home care through Stellar Home Healthcare,at no expense to me and also supplied me with a hospital bed as I can't walk up my stairs. I don't usually fill these out, but seriously, it is rare to find such a person, let alone a doctor, who really is dedicated to all of his patients!Stellar Homecare was full of fantastic people who helped me, as well, including nurse, physical therapist,as well as Ray, who delivered various medical supplies and also provided me with a vapor liquid for a fake cigarrette so as to help me to quit smoking, no charge. Please do not disregard this email, as you as a hospital,and Doctor Pua and Stellar Home Healthcare, should all be proud of what you have made possible for all of us in this community. Thank you so very much for all. I don't think that I would have actually "made it" without all of you and without help that all have provided. I will hope that all involved are commended.
