Recently moved into the Yellowstone Estates in El Reno, OK. This company has been set to run our HOA for the neighborhood. So far everything has been going fine. Emmie Plazon has helped me with everything I needed so that's a plus!

Erin, wes a great help in getting through the HOA rules for some work on my house. Her attitude and willingness to help is outstanding and reflects greatly on Neighorhood Service Corporation.

My father-in-law passed away a few months ago and we were contacted by E. Plazon, Community Association Manager regarding an HOA matter. After learning of our loss Ms. Plazon was kind, compassionate, and professional. All great characteristics for an individual involved with HOA leadership.

Our HOA has used neighborhood services for 5+ years. They are great at providing direction and approved resources. Kara was our account manager for years and was a great asset to us.

This property management was hired by our HOA. There have been no improvements made, even after a 5 or 6 page letter from our attorney a couple years ago. There are about $20 worth of fence pickets near the playground pong that were stated on the attorney letter. Those still remain missing, and our neighborhood is being shared with apartment complexes because they walk through the fence. Any issues regarding the neighborhood or HOA, we are asked to contact their attorney. We messaged the president of the HOA the other day regarding discrimination (fines for our trailer). If these fines are not removed immediately, we will continue to have reviews written by multiple residents. We have already taken legal action regarding the discrimination. They won't even provide financials or fix the fountain at the pond. Even surrounding neighborhoods have posted on Nextdoor regarding the water fountain not working and a bad smell traveling to their neighborhoods. Any concerns regarding improvements, financials, etc...we are told to contact the HOA attorney. Several more bad reviews on the way from other residents. The financials and meeting minutes aren't even posted on their website or anywhere else.
