After noticing billing to my insurance carrier, Aetna, for dates in July which I was not even home, I called the company and was told by the CEO that there was "100% fraud". I then checked other dates Aetna was billed against the patient flow sheet signed by the nurse at visits and found a total of 14 billed dates with no actual visit. The CEO then tried to blame a "rogue nurse" and claimed that the company was the only victim of this fraud. I attempted a resolution through the Better Business Bureau, but Bowes refuses to accept any responsibility for their employee, provide evidence of reimbursing Aetna, or realize that my being treated as a pawn in a scam by Bowes and/or their employee/s has had a negative impact on me and my family as I continue to recover from a most serious medical event. I would never recommend this heartless and clearly greedy company to anyone, least of all anyone I care about.

The Nurse came and assesed my moms bedsores and said she would be of no use to us and how sorry she was. She called her superior on the phone and she criticized the centegra wound clinic "that referred us and said nothing but good things about them" saying what have they done? Nothing? I heard her with my own ears. How horrible! The wound clinic is the best place my mom has ever been to. She left us and we were more so counting on the wound care supplies she could get us, I can do the nursing myself. Oh well, money doesnt matter when it comes to my mom. Thanks anyways! Im the only nurse my mom needs. Very overdramatic nurse I may add and she said she was an ICU nurse before? But cannot handle bedsores? lol
