I highly recommend Direct Home Health! The skilled nursing services and care provided were outstanding. The office staff was always easy to contact and accommodating. I was referred to this company by Meadowbrook in Lagrange. I’m a dissatisfied. I had Covid I am recovering from Covid I was supposed to get physical therapy I did and now they’re telling me that I only get it once a week which is not gonna get me to where I need to be. Therefore I am not happy with this company whatsoever. I tried to contact my person what I’m gonna call a social worker, but her phone is broken. I’ve tried for days to get a hold of this individual left messages send text messages not knowing that her phone is broken. And I know I world is upside down because of Covid I understand that but in the healthcare facility environment the phone should be fixed as soon as possible. I called the rehab facility I was yet and they said that Direct home care could get me more therapy by giving me to another company I guess I don’t know but I’m not very pleased and I really don’t think I would be recommending this direct home health care anybody Plus I’m the one that’s always doing the calling to find out when the therapists are coming to my home. That’s not how it works years ago they would call a day ahead of time because I had them for my parents and tell me what time they were kind see them
