Disappointed with punctuality. The therapist Ramos has a terrible attitude and acts like he is doing us a favor. He NEVER shows up on time and never has the courtesy to call and say I'm running late and always has some BOGUS excuse. Terrible!!! I only wish I could give ZERO stars. To think medicare pays for this...

Up until this day, my fiancée and I have had no problem with this service. Today we had her first visit with a nurse from this company and honestly wish I could leave no stars. My fiancé is in recovery from an eating disorder and currently dealing with gastroperisis and is on a feeding tube. The nurse that came out continually said that she was being fed “too much” even though the doctor told her that the rate was correct. She also made inappropriate comments about her weight by saying “I was expecting a super skinny girl, we’re all bigger here” and then proceeded to hold up her pinky as reference. There should be plenty of notes in her chart for her ED diagnosis. It was completely unacceptable and rude for her to make any comments like this as a medical professional to anyone, let alone someone who has an ED.
