Marcie Ganson, in PT is one of the worst you can deal with. She will talk over you and is very disrespectful. Tried to resolve and issue and was not successful. SAVE THE TIME AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. You would expect more from a manager!!!

My daughter broke her toe and it was my first time at their facilities besides therapy services and they went above and beyond my expectations! As a new patient even, my daughter was treated like a princess, respect, and top notch care in the ER with a simple not emergency issue (it was a Sunday so I had no choice but to go there). I was put at ease and calmed my anxiety with my fussy toddler in their hands. Pleased is an understatement and I will be bringing my family there from here on out!

Was in the ER to take my son for heat exhaustion and possible concussion after his football game. Had to carry in this 250 pound person because nurses refused to get out of their chairs. Once inside, they gave him gatorade and ran a few tests and released him. He was so week I still had to carry him out to the car. While walking to the car, he had thrown up all of the gatorade they had given him. I immediately walked back in and had asked why he was not given IV fluids. One nurse said he did not need them and he should just rest. I fought with the nurses until the Dr. finally walked out and gave him an IV. He was much better and he was able to walk out under his own power. The nurses were extremely rude and lazy. They wanted to sit in their chairs and do nothing. I would say bordering on incompetence. Unfortunately our insurance mandates we go to Mason district hospital but I have not seen anything they do that would give me condidence they could treat a cold let alone more serious issues.

I went to the Emergency Room in June of 2023 because I was having signs of a stroke. They immediately started their stroke protocols and found that I was was indeed having a stroke. I was given the necessary drugs and transported to the ICU at a larger hospital. While there, every single doctor and nurse told me that I was so fortunate that Mason District did what they did. I owe my life to Mason District Hospital.
