The billing is a hot mess. You get the bill but you have no idea what are you paying for. If you ask they transfer you to another Asian country and you get no info just they want to you to pay. I already wait 4 weeks for my itemized bill. Ones you are rude they give you the phone number to American customer service and actually people are helpful. So CEO ruins company’s PR by not letting you having the info you are entitled. But people are helpful and want to solve the problem. FIX THE BILLING CEO!

Nursing staff acted like it was their first day on the job. I've been coming here for years, but I will never come here again for my infusions.getting this appointment scheduled in the first place was an absolute mess.

I had three infusions at option care for skyrizi. I was on the copay assistance program. Option care did not bill my copay assistance card and when I called them several times each time they said they will escalate the issue. After a few months they sent my account into collections and now the copy assistance card will not pay for a balance in collections. There outsourced customer service does not understand how they are ruining my credit because they failed to collect a payment from the copay assistance card and they failed to return my calls after multiple escalations. No one there seems to want to help.

Sent the initial order to the wrong address- 4 hrs from where we were, even though the address was verified prior to shipping - it was a HUGE PAIN - to get arrangements for the wrong shipment to be picked up This was for tube feeds Around 5/30 called regarding returning pump - was told couldn’t be returned until tube was actually removed 6/10 - called to return pump - talked to Katie, she said a box would be sent to return product. I told her we had moved and gave her the new address 6/13, noon, Christy left a message a FedEx box had been sent and FedEx would pick up on the 14th 6/13, 12:15 - returned call and told Christy, once again they sent it to the wrong address, she said she would have someone pick it up Marco picked it up that evening 6/14, 4pm, FedEx called, they showed up at the wrong address and no one was there and wanted to reschedule pick up - I returned the call and told FedEx it should have been canceled 6/24, received a box at our current address with a box inside to return the pump???? 6/24, 3:20pm, contacted Megan and explained all of the above - she said she would take take of it What a mess - illness is stressful enough without having to go through this. Also - I agree with others on trying to get someone to answer the phone - I left messages twice and no one ever called me back
