We truly felt blessed by their commitment to preserving the dignity and respect for care of those who require hospice. Of all the businesses for which one may wish to write a review, my suspicion is a palliative care and hospice organization is not high on the list. However, after experiencing the kind, empathetic, patient, and wonderful care provided for our mother over a 30+ day period, I'm compelled to share. From the first phone call with Tori, through dozens of visitors coming in the facility day and night, everyone was exceptional. The facility is immaculate, rooms large and comfortable, and even the capability to spend the night in the room exists--I did it and it was more comfortable than expected. There's a well equipped kitchen should you need it and the staff are true angels. There's only one outcome after entering hospice and a compassionate process moving towards that outcome makes it easier on all involved. Unfortunately we had to place my mother in hospice care. Fortunate for us we found Integrated Palliative and Hospice. They treated my mother and all family members with the untmost level of respect and care. All care givers were very skilled, communicative and passionate to make sure our last days with my mother were meaningful. Before my mother's illness I didn't know of Integrated, but now I do and I fully recommend their services.

My mom spent about a week at the Integrated facility in Libertyville before she passed. It is quiet and peaceful. It was exactly what she wanted. The staff is knowledgeable, experienced, and really understands what families need during this difficult time. I always knew my mom was in good hands with her nurses and got the care that she needed around the clock.
