I have multiple visits now for home health covered by my health insurance after a major surgery. The care givers have all been knowledgeable W/ the task on hand. They were both good communicators as well, as far as an ETA When they were gonna arrive and if they were running late keeping me updated. It's nice to know that help is on the way with this service, they really do a great job and are a big help! Thank you guys, great job! I appreciate all you do!

After my knee replacement the professional staff at Interim Healthcare Libertyville, IL started their schedule of home visits. Not knowing what to expect Dr Elveka contacted me with the plan. Nurse Steve, Therapist Issac & Therapist Erica made 3 home visits per week to monitor my health and push me through each session. They all were excellent on what they do and allocated a great deal of time answering all my questions. Based on their efforts now at 4 weeks I am now at 111 degrees on knee flexion & 0 degrees on knee extension. Thank you all for your hard work and support!! What a great TEAM!!

I needed someone to help me with my wife who has MS. Working with Glenna was the best experiences I've even had with a home health care provider. She paid attention to my needs and was amazingly responsive. I called in the morning and asked if she could have someone that evening. And she came through. The caregivers were wonderful. I couldn't have asked for better service and support. If I could give six stars I would.

The only person that I like is the nurse. First I have large open wounds on my legs and feet from lupus and vasculitis. Unfortunately i can’t put shoes on so its hard to get to my appointments in the winter, so home healthcare is the easiest during them times. I have been waiting 60 days for supplies, as each week I was told they where ordered and should be coming soon. Well today 60 days later one of the nurse in the office finally told me today, now keep in mind this particular nurse came to my house about a month ago as she was training someone and told me that she would check on the order, that I should have received the shipment by now. Well today she finally wants to tell the truth that I can’t get a shipment to my house! That they only order in bulk and will bring me supplies. So they just bring what they have and its not enough to change my dressing daily and cause the wounds are so large there is a lot thats needed daily. I even asked since you don’t want to give me the supplies send a nurse daily with the supplies and they can change the dressing. Now I asked to go in the office a few days so that I can get extra days for physical therapy and I was told from interim that I cant do that cause it’s considered as double dipping! Ok but now I don’t understand how it’s possible for me to go into wound care 3 days a week and still have the home nurse come out 2 times, and when I ask isn’t that considered as double dipping, I don’t get a clear answer.

I would recommend Interim to anyone. My home health nurse is wonderful. She goes above and beyond to help me manage my diabetes. She's a phone call away and willing to help or listen to my concerns. Im very happy that doctor Ahmed recommended Interim.
