Needless to say, this was more than a little daunting! Enter Tru-Care Home Health of Skokie IL. Life savers, truly! They sent the most amazing nurse to help us. Her name is Stephanie Arambula, what an angel! She was so kind, caring, considerate, and beyond professional! Stephani was a total pleasure to have in our home. She made us feel calm and comfortable. Tru-Care Home Health is a very personalized home health company. They visited my Mom every week, checked her vitals, kept track of her weight, and gave us helpful suggestions throughout the time they visited her. They were a great help to both my Mom and I, as I was able to contact the nurses anytime I had any questions or concerns. The nurses even checked back with me to see how my Mom was doing on those occasions when my Mom was experiencing more shortness of breath than usual. They were a great source of comfort to me knowing that I could always reach out and rely on them when I needed them most.
