My grandparents went thru the services thru the state. The state funded part of safelife caregivers is horrid. Lack of communication. They call 30 mins before the caregiver is coming to say there not coming. Just a bad experience. These state "caregivers" arent even licensed and go thru a training class and get a certificate 🤯. Only person who was awesome was Rochelle, but she is from the private part of the company. There is two sides of safelife. The state side and private side. If you can choose the private side do so and if you need a state funded service for your loved ones go else where cause they were horrid. Especially the caregivers Amina and koura they were horrid and very sneaky. I had cameras in the house and they wanted to leave and come as they pleased but still stayed clocked in and when confronted they deny it. Enough was enough and no more. Dont go thru the state with this company.

I’m pleased to share my positive experience with Subrat. She gave 100% in caring for my husband. Due to his right sided brain tumor, my husband has left sided weakness and was unable to walk, or even sit up on his own. He had lost hope, but this nurse helped him in every possible way. Subrat motivated him to try to sit up on his own, provided massage and education during every visit, and made every effort to help him stand on his own feet again. I am truly grateful for such kindness. My prayers are with you. May you find success in every step of your life. God bless you

We had a great experience with Safe Life Home services for my mother after a recent hospitalization. The nurse was professional, made Mom so at ease, and communicated well with our family. The customer satisfaction staff checked with us regularly to make sure all was going well. We will definitely use their services again if needed.

I wholeheartedly recommend Safe Life Home Healthcare! Their team took exceptional care of my mother's needs, listening attentively to her concerns. The nurse was wonderful, and the physical therapy sessions at home after her hospital stay were incredibly helpful. Their professionalism, from phone calls to in-person meetings, was impressive.

I kind of expected a lower level of care since my mom ran out of medicare days and was sent home from the rehab facility. To my surprise and great delight, I was wrong. The Safe Life team has surpassed the care and attention my mom was receiving in a rehab facility. I expected 'rag-tag' disjointed care from a home care network. What we got was spectacular attention, wonderful follow through, accommodating schedules and a care team that actually coordinated with each other. Our lead RN, Trish F, Has been absolutely fantastic. She has looped in other caregivers when needed, coordinated extra services, been fast and thorough with communicating (even on her day off!) and is a genuinely enjoyable person to be around. She speaks to my mom like she is her own competent person and is never condescending or impatient. That seems to be a common thread with all of the staff at SafeLife. What a nice way for the caregivers to be interacting with mom like that. So much better than when she was in the rehab facility! Our PT Heidi is fantastic and actually stopped by on her own time twice when my mom had an unexpected hip dislocation. The new CNA Caitlyn is great. Energetic and friendly. Vivian, our OT is wonderfully encouraging and enthusiastic. We were also referred to a medical transport company who was far superior to anyone else we have used. (Green Van Medical Transport). Jarek was great! Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with the attention and care SafeLife has provided. The staff genuinely cares about the patients and it shows in the extra effort and top notch level of service we receive. A huge thank you to the entire team!
