Had a home health nurse coming 3x/wk. she went on vacation for a week and they refused to find replacement. At the end of the week I called about future schedule ad they decided to drop me bc I live in the city. Even though the nurse told me she lived 15 min away, the agency refused to find anyone else. Stay away. Very unprofessional working staff (nurses were always great), very uncommunicative, and VERY hard just go get appointments set up. Dont waste your time here if you live in the city.

I had a knee replacement two weeks ago.I can't say enough great things about my physical therapists and nurses. Erica,Yelena,Rachel and Kim,were all amazing. They alll took great care of me.They were kind and encouraging. They really did a great job adressing my needs!

My husband has left hip replacement and Anna , the Physical Therapist, was the first contact after surgery while in the surgical center. She was screaming at my husband when she arrived at the bedside and scolded him for bending his leg. That’s uncalled for because he’s just waking up from recovery and still confused. He told her not to raise her voice. She’s very loud in the recovery room. She changed her tone but never did apologize. We really didn’t care for her and wanted to ask for another therapy company. However Heather, the Physical Therapist that visited us at home is very professional and accommodating and knowledgeable.The nurse Amanda who they sent initially in our house wasn’t prepared because they just sent her to replace another nurse because of scheduling conflict. I will update this review later to evaluate the care for my husband.

I wanted to thank the nurses, Kassandra, Stephanie, ( I am missing one or two others )and PT staff - Austin, Anna, Ginger were all incredibly helpful - I asked to be pushed and Anna filled the bill. She was incredibly knowledgeable, able to dispel myths and really pushed me, she kept me on track, and reminded me thats it’s to work hard but also understand my limits. Everyone was very responsive, callbacks were immediate, there was no lack of communication amongst staff concerning my care. Can’t thank everyone enough for making my first two weeks of recovery very manageable.
