First and last time I’ll ever have any dealings with this messy organization! Mean and professional manager (Nicole) was cold and short when I called to see why I hadn’t yet been seen by a nurse w/in 7 days post-op, told me I should have been seen day 4, after someone else informed me prior to speaking with her that my case wasn’t even open. She said she’d would check to see why the nurse never showed up, and call back with an explanation, but never did. I spoke to my therapist about it when she visited me several hours after the phone call. She offered to make a f/u call to Nicole, which is when learned that I’d see the nurse tomorrow, the following day, with no time given. After my PT visit, I called to check for a time, staff inappropriately answered the phone with an unreasonable PMS attitude, and told me I’ll receive a call at the end of the nurse’s day to set up a time. I’m “In the dark” regarding my own plan of care, and get chastised for asking! I don’t want or need any care that’s provided in this manner!

This level of care is unacceptable and dangerous. My husband recently had stomach surgery and requires professional nursing support to manage open wounds that need to be cleaned, packed, and monitored. For the second day in a row, no nurse has arrived despite being scheduled. His wounds are bleeding, the packing is coming out, and we’re left without the critical care he was promised. The staff has been dismissive, unhelpful, and completely lacking in empathy. When I escalated to the head manager, I was essentially told, “That’s too bad — there’s nothing we can do.” This is borderline malpractice and a complete failure in duty of care. No patient should ever be left in this condition. I would never recommend this agency to anyone. They should not be allowed to care for vulnerable patients

My 79 year old mother has been dealing with this company for quite some time. The nurse are at best a coin toss. Some are good and are very knowledgeable. Some show up having no clue what they are there to do. My mom has had at least 4 different nurses in the past 2 years. Her current nurse is on vacation and the company didn’t even make arrangements for a nurse to come out in her place. She called and asked for a nurse to come out and was told a nurse would be there between 2 and 4 pm. No call no show. Called the office and was told they would reach out to the nurse and call her back. No call Again! 2 calls later and still nothing. She missed dinner service at her senior home. Getting ready to go out and a nurse knocked on the door. Had no idea she was coming. Didn’t know anything about my mom or her medical needs. Had ZERO supplies with her and did not seem very personable. Unfortunately with my mother’s insurance this company seems to be her only option. IF YOU HAVE ANOTHER OPTION GO ELSEWHERE!

I have never experienced such incompentacy anywhere before in my life. To imagine this a healthcare agency simply blows my mind. My son had a colostomy and it has been 3 weeks since we saw the nurse and they still can not tell me if his supplies have been ordered. One thing they are really good at is making up excuses. UPDATE: My insurance is now being billed for visits that did not happen even though I canceled services with them.

This is by far the most unprofessional agency I’ve ever worked with. The first nurse that was scheduled to visit me didn’t confirm the night before because he said that he was with his son and wasn’t able to call to confirm the prior evening. The second nurse came for the initial intake paperwork, and never returned. The third nurse called to ask about another nurse, and didn’t make it clear that she was assigned to me, and she’d be assuming my case. After calling the agency to ask for someone to see me, they had the last nurse call me to set up another appointment. The call became confrontational, and I decided that this agency would NOT be the agency to provide ANY service to me in the future. I wouldn’t recommend this agency to anyone.
