This review is only based on the first couple months of this relationship with Homestead Healthcare Services. The staff members I have interacted with over the phone and in person are friendly, respectful, and helpful. The two attending nurses, Jasmeen and Shireena, seem knowledgeable and conduct themselves professionally. They interact very well with my family member who is receiving care. Jasmeen and Shireena are understanding when it comes to answering questions. They are prompt in arriving to scheduled appointments. I would like to continue this relationship with Homestead Health Care Services, because it has been a pleasant and positive experience.

I needed in home PT recently and I received the greatest service!! I didn't feel the first therapist I had was a good fit, so I called Homestead and they were very helpful, providing me with another therapist team that did an amazing job! They were the best! My visiting nurse was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. So, I have to say that this place really cares about your needs, and I would highly recommend them.

I recently had wound care from Homestead, and Shireena was my provider. She gave me excellent care. She was caring with her support, and very careful when dressing my wound, to make sure my skin was not irritated from the dressing, and that coverage was exactly right. If I ever need care again, I will ask for Shireena.

The Homestead team has consistently provided timely, multidisciplinary services for my patients; it's always very reassuring to note how seamless inpatient discharges are when Homestead facilitates timely transitions on discharges.
