Vlad was so thorough in helping me understand what she needed, and our RN Lena was a godsend. I cant thank them enough for their help!

Providence sent me multiple incompetent home physical therapists. Michael was particularly unhelpful, having me record him doing exercises. The nurse Vlad was decent though and very friendly Stay away for your own health. After hip replacement, I was assigned this company by Northshore Hospital. Providence's communication was laughable. No contact for 72 hours after surgery. Not able to tell me how many sessions I have. Finger pointing from Providence nurses to a mystery PT agency that couldn't be named but supplied the physical therapists. Nurse Vlad called me 4 times in a half hour while I was on a zoom with a doctor when he just wanted to confirm the appt. There are no handouts for exercises and PT Art had me record him for 5 minutes demonstrating the exercises. I received conflicting information from two different PTs. When I told the second PT what the first PT had said, she wanted to know who would tell me that. Weird company. I'm curious about their health care professionals' accreditations. No, I do not believe the upcoming response to this review that the company is alarmed by my comments or concerned about my satisfaction. If they actually cared, there would be some sort of oversight for their employees or maybe they just hire competent health care professionals.
