If I could rate CenterWell Home Health with negative stars, I absolutely would. Our experience has been nothing but stress and disappointment. The communication is abysmal. Nurses routinely drop the ball on supply orders, and instead of fixing problems, they blame each other and refuse to take responsibility. It’s a constant cycle of excuses, finger-pointing, and total lack of accountability. Scheduling is just as bad. They regularly call to schedule the day before, and if we can’t rearrange our entire lives to accommodate their last-minute planning, they act offended and label us as “inflexible.” Then they mark it as a missed appointment, even though the failure is entirely on their end. It’s unprofessional and unacceptable. The only glimmer of positivity in this entire company is the PT assistant, Michelle. She is compassionate, reliable, and actually communicates. She deserves to work somewhere that treats both staff and patients with respect—far better than this place ever has. Michelle was the only one who consistently showed she cared about her patients. CenterWell Hpme Health needs serious internal changes, because the way they operate now is failing the people they’re supposed to help.

CenterWell Home Health : All therapists have been caring, helpful, and well prepared. They all were pleasant and worked Gail appropriately. Our one negative was in scheduling, which was last-minute, and at the convenience of the business/therapist, not the client. Except for Dr. appts, Gail was always here, but I need to answer the phone, the door, and to listen to the therapist. So I frequently needed to change my schedule to accomodate the therapist's only available opening.

Annalise was excellent… I am so glad we got her. I don’t know if I could have done it without her!

No follow up. You have to call several times to book nurse and therapists. They never call back when they say they will. Therapist was a no-show. No call, just a no-show. Did not return any of our calls or texts. Thankfully my father is not in dire need of their rehab services. Their service is derelict and neglectful.

We have had nothing short of the BEST possible care for my mom. Our PT (Frank) is vestibular trained which was a godsend truely as mom had horrible vertigo in addition to her physical and dementia needs, and OT (Margo) have been SO motivating and assistive in care giver training even. We only had a nurse open and then a few weeks in close the case, as we really didn’t need nursing care per say, but they too were awesome. Highly recommend. I can see why they are 5 Stars!
