Staff/Manager really needs to work on customer service skills and to control her temper without jumping into conclusions. Got hung up on and when I tried calling back she just dismissed me. I honestly think it was a miscommunication issue but she would not LISTEN. Its not hard to try and be nice and professional with eachother :(
