Follow-up from this agency has been terrible so far. I spoke Mary Anne on August 22nd about caregiver services for my great aunt. They told me to have my aunt’s doctor send a referral for their assistance which I had the doctor do a week ago on Friday. They were supposed to call me back after I called to follow up on Monday and so far I have been unable to get a hold of anyone this entire week. I keep calling and they say someone will call me back but nothing so far. Now here we are at a holiday weekend so probably won’t be able to call them again until Tuesday. When you have a loved one in need of assistance this type of lack of urgency is unacceptable. Will adjust my review if someone actually follows up with me.
