My husband worked there .low pay , expensive benefits, no raises , and no reviews.. His direct supervisor advertised his JOB POSITION, looking for someone else, on employment sites,to hire for his position the entire 5 years he was there employed. He would find his job position on all employment sites. Eventually AFTER they told him they were going to fire him, and they did ..His supervisor then asked him to train his replacement she hired,the new hire, that was replacing him in his position.A person who is fired should not have to train their replacement to get a reference or final paycheck and that is what his direct manager did The manager openly spoke about him to other staff members. This company advertises 68 open positions on the help wanted ads at a time, it's a small company with limited growth and postions available..They are always actively collecting applications to replace someone. There is never enough help to see patients, phones don't work.faxes don't work. Countless customer issues.My poor guy working there.Everyday was a poop show with staffing issues. At one point his company phone was turned off from company not paying outstanding bill. Total lack of integrity, decency, and professionalism on the manager.

BEWARE!! Do not use this agency to care for a loved one. Their lack of communication creates problems. They are incompetent and this is a business for monetary gain only..They do not care about their patients. Seriously, I wouldnt allow them to take care of my Dog!!!

I had an open wound that occurred after a surgery. By the time nurse Bob got done taping over the incision below that I had an infected second wound. I complained of pain and he kept causing more pain until the day I put him out of my house. Because in addition to pulling and taping the sensitive skin on and around the area, he decided to lecture me on the reasons why his right leaning politics are best for our nation. It just made me wonder if he inflicted the pain on purpose (all my doctors and nurses said that I should be able to resume some normal activities). I was in such pain that I could hardly eat much less anything else. The care I received from this company was horrible. I kept saying everything hurt and he kept ignoring me. Also when my plan of care changed nurse Bob did not inform the home office. I’m not sure he should have even still been coming.

Please do not use this company. They're overbooked which causes a low quality customer service. Patients need attention but also the right care, which extends all the way to the office customer care. It is nearly impossible to get someone on the phone in the office to answer questions. The therapists are all over the place when it comes to scheduling, this coming from a person that has dealt with many home health agencies. I feel like this problem is not really the actual therapists but the management in charge of their schedules. When multiple therapists are making carless mistakes it more than likely means they're being overworked. It took this company over a month to find an occuaptional therapist for my Mother, and it wasnt until I kept questioning the multiple nurses that came that finally they sent someone for evaluation. Again, my issue is not the therapists or nurses, it seems like whoever is in charge of scheduling or the office is not doing a proper job in maintaining a proper workload ratio.
